Overall Condition: Very Good, some fading and yellowing on front and back covers, bottom right corner folded but not torn. No missing pages or tears in book. The record (33 1/3 RPM) unfortunately is missing but may be obtainable on another Etsy Shop.
Print Quality: Very Good except for page 7 where the text is slanted on the page a bit.
Size: 9 inches tall by 7 inches across. 24 pages plus cover.
Color: Some illustrations are in black and white, some are in color.
Inscription: First paper page (page 1) is inscribed: Jessica.
