Connemara Woolen Mill History: One of the last working mills in Ireland, Foxford was founded by an Irish Sister of Charity in 1892 and overcame many challenges over the years, in order to survive.
Today, it is a thriving mill with master craftspeople creating beautiful pieces for sale in Foxford’s four stores around Ireland, and in stores all over the world.
Size: The blanket measures approximately 63" by 56" inches. The fringe measures and additional 3.5 inches.
Condition: Overall Excellent Condition.
Color: Excellent. Yellow, Black, and White.
Fringe: all present and in excellent condition.
Odor: Fresh Wool Smell only
No rips stains or tears--looks to be in New Condition or only very lightly used.
Age: From the Label font, this may be from the 1950s-1970s.
Shipping: This item will ship in new poly bag, with silica gel desiccant, in a Large Priority Mail Box. Priority Mail Flat Rate is the most economical option for the weight.
